Abstract

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia moved to protect intellectual property rights and intellectual creativity, after it became clear how important they are, whether from a scientific, literary or Economic perspective, and out of belief in the pioneering role of Saudi human rights bodies in protecting intellectual rights, creations and innovations. The largest part and responsibility falls on their shoulders to advance these creators towards stimulating their energies and creative abilities and granting them legal privileges. The current study sought to identify methods of protecting the rights of intellectual creativity in Saudi legal bodies, and to identify the educational features of organizing the protection of intellectual creativity in Saudi legal bodies. The study used the descriptive analytical method to achieve the study objectives, One of the most important results of the study was: the weak link between the Saudi Human Rights Commission and the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property, as well as the major role of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property in preserving the intellectual creativity of Saudi citizens through managing intellectual property operations, providing intellectual property services, and generating and using intellectual property rights. As well as enforcing intellectual property rights. One of the most important recommendations of the study to activate the role of human rights bodies in preserving the intellectual creativity of individuals was: enacting and regulating legislation that guarantees effective protection of these rights, and activating protection for all elements of intellectual and industrial property by developing intellectual property laws and making penalties a deterrent in the event of infringement, with an emphasis on digitization. Scientific production of research, books, dissertations, and other manifestations of creative thought in order to facilitate its preservation and discover plagiarists and plagiarists, develop public awareness of the growing importance of the concept of protecting intellectual property rights, and review most laws protecting intellectual property rights and ensure that they keep pace with modern trends in the field of intellectual property at the level International.
