Abstract

This study dealt with the concept of alternative penalties and its characteristics from the forensic and legal perspective, and concentrated on the importance of their application. It shows that alternative penalties is the penalty of modern criminal policy for its positive effects that will avoid penalties against freedom. The study also showed the scope of application of alternative penalties in both Islamic criminal legislation and legal systems. This study was therefore necessary to show the importance of legal organizational organization of alternative penalties this was showed through the details of the study. This research included three demands According to the search plan, this research concluded with several results and recommendations.
