The Level of Quality of Working Life at the Yemeni University of Science and Technology Hospital

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of quality of working life at the Yemeni University of Science and Technology Hospital. The research used the descriptive approach (case study) and the study was limited All workers at the University of Science and Technology Hospital (medical and administrative) amounting to (1150) individuals, where a simple random sample of them (297) individuals was chosen. The study tool was the questionnaire and the study reached several results, most notably. - The level of quality of working life In general (average), where the physical work environment dimension got the first rank with a high level and the rest of the dimensions got a medium level, according to the following order (stability and job security, balance of personal and social life, human and social relations, participation In decision making, leadership style and supervision. - Acceptance the hypothesis, which states that "there are no statistically significant differences between the opinions of the study sample about the level of quality of work life due to the following variables (type, academic qualification، nature of work, job title, years, Experience).
