Abstract

Research Objective: Compiling the hadiths regarding who was prayed for due to a good deed, i.e. the kind of a good deed, and that it is general for the Ummah to emulate him, like (may Allah have mercy on the shaved). Methodology: Compiling the hadiths and authenticating them, and clarifying the ambiguous among them, and some lessons. The Prominent Findings: - The Sharī’ah encouraging good deeds. - The generosity of Allāh and His blessing by compensating His servants with abundant rewards for small works. - Exhortation is a permissible means with the servants and this is why it was included by the Sharī’ah. - The mercy of the Prophet -peace and blessings upon him- on the Ummah and his intention of goodness for them.
