Abstract

The researcher dealt with the topic of the concept of innovation and its rules through Hadith “Whoever "Whoever introduces in our matter something which does not belong to it, will be rejected”. The researcher aims to deal with the concept of innovation in Sharia and extract its rules and its concept through one of the Sharia texts. The problem that the researcher is trying to address in his research is to find out the correct concept of innovation from the text of Sharia. The researcher classified his research into: An introduction in which he introduces his research, followed by two sections, in the first of which he dealt with the Takhreej of the hadith and an explanation of its status, and in the second section, he dealt with the creed implications of the hadith on the concept of innovation and its rules, he followed the inductive and analytical approach in that, then the researcher ended up with a conclusion in which he clarified the most important results that he achieved which he summarized it as follows: that the concept of innovation in shari'a is available and contained in the texts of shari'a, and that the hadith “Whoever "Whoever introduces in our matter something which does not belong to it, will be rejected” is a clear shari'a basic in the meaning and the concept of innovation.
