Abstract

The research also talks about the crime of disrupting the strengthening of ties and relationships between members of society, the unity of class and meeting on the same word, and the rejection of everything that breaks this cohesion and provokes division, such as fanaticism, intellectual, social, sports conflicts and the like, which is called the social fabric. These crimes are considered forbidden and prohibited by law and regulation, and their punishments are disciplinary according to what the ruler sees in his interest. Examples of Saudi regulations that talk about these crimes include: the system for combating information crimes, the regulation for preserving public taste, and the audiovisual media system. Explaining the crime of violating public tranquility and the general social fabric in Sharia law, and Clarifying the penalty for the crime of violating public peace and the general social fabric in Sharia law and in the Saudi system.
