Abstract

The research aims to: 1. Determining the impact of worship on jurisprudential judgment. 2. Knowing the possibility of basing a jurisprudential ruling on the effect of worship in the absence of other evidence. Research method: Inductive method Among the things we worship God Almighty with is seeking knowledge of the Qur’an and Sunnah. Narration and knowledge Among the requirements of knowledge is work, and among the requirements for accepting work after devotion to God Almighty is following His Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him. One of the jurisprudence scholars- may God Almighty have mercy on them- continued to provide inference and justification for the jurisprudential rulings they presented, and among the things they established as inference for some jurisprudential rulings was that they were: an effect of worship; So I resolved seeking the help of God Almighty, to collect and study these issues. In the hope of benefiting myself and my Muslim brothers this research was tagged with the title: Issues in which the ruling was based on it being an effect of worship. I have collected the issues in which jurists have stated that jurisprudential rule is based on the effect of worship, and then I have studied the status of this evidence among them. Among the most prominent findings that the researcher has reached are: - Effect Worship for him his house in inference, And that maybe that He is Evidence Independently To judge jurisprudence. -In some matters He was Effect Worship he Document Judgment Without jealousy from Evidence; So they were baptized on him in Inference as in Issue non Desirability Decorations For retreat To pray Eid, And a question Hate spilling water Ablution And washing in place Trampled, And in Some of them He was from sentence Evidence And why?
