Abstract

Examines the role of jurisprudential principles due to their importance in organizing and aligning branches of Islamic jurisprudence with practical applications. The study is divided into three sections: the first explores the general methodology of preference and prioritization, the second focuses on jurisprudential principles influencing voluntary actions, and the third addresses principles related to individuals involved in voluntary work. Using inductive, analytical, and applied methods, the study highlights the critical role of jurisprudential principles in structuring Islamic jurisprudence and emphasizes the societal importance of voluntary work. The research calls on academic and research institutions to give this impactful field greater attention.
