Abstract

The research aimed to study genres of explaining the chain of transmission with apparent impurities according to Ibn Baz. The study used the narrative method. The research consisted of two sections on introducing Ibn Baz, the reasons, and Ibn Baz’s approach to explaining the chain of transmission with apparent impurities. The findings of this study revealed that Ibn Baz expands in Isnad justification (i.e. apparent rudes) based on the expansion of using the rude in its wide linguistic usage. The aspects of this were: narrator weakness and ignorance, and Apparent interruption. The researcher recommends to show the contribution of Hadith for Ibn Baz in general and Criticism of the Prophet's hadith in particular.
