Abstract
Ibn Al-Jazari in his poem: (Al-Durra) in some places therein mentioned generally without being specific or conditioned, and at times may contain some ambiguity, which may lead to some vagueness or similarity, and he did this relying on the popularity there, and he has expressly mentioned this in the introduction when he said: 9. And if I generalize a word it is for the popularity He applied this and was committed to it without breach, or shortfalls or inadequacy. The Research aims at: Highlighting the places of popularity that could be confusing to the student of the poem, and discussing them, in order to avoid ambiguity or error therein. The Research adopted: the inductive methodology based on the composition of the poem “Al-Durrah”, and deriving the places related to the issue of popularity. The research reached a number of findings: That the places of popularity that were studied in this paper are limited to the chapters on Al-Farsh only, limited to the following surahs: Al-Baqorah, Āl-‘Imrān, An-Nisā, Al-An’ām, Al-A’rāf, Al-Tawbah, Al-Ra’d, Ibrahim, An-Naḥl, Al-Hajj, Al-Furqan, An-Naml, Al-‘Ankabut, Al-Sajdah, Al-Sabah, Al-Fātir, Yasin, Sad, Gāfir, Fusilat, Al-Qamar.
