Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the reality of sustainable performance with its dimensions (economic performance, social performance, and environmental performance) in civil society organizations (CSOs) in Wadi Hadramout. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach as a suitable methodology for addressing the study problem. The study population consisted of all active CSOs in Wadi Hadramout, totaling (45) organizations. The study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool, where a purposive sample consisting of administrative leaders (head of the organization, executive director, secretary-general, department head) was selected. The sample size was (159) individuals. After conducting the appropriate statistical processing for the study, the data was processed using the (SPSS) program, resulting in a set of findings, the most important of which were: there is a moderate interest among CSOs in Wadi Hadramout in practicing sustainable performance in its dimensions. The most important recommendations were: giving CSOs greater attention to the concept of sustainable performance, which enables them to fulfill their assigned role in all aspects of their work (economic, social, and environmental).
