Abstract
This research aims to elucidate the educational rights of the child within the framework of Islamic education, highlighting practical applications of these rights in family life. Employing a descriptive-analytical methodology, the study derives these rights from Islamic texts and examines their impact on the child's character development and the cultivation of Islamic values. The findings reveal that Islam provides the child with comprehensive educational rights, encompassing prenatal and postnatal care, faith-based upbringing, and rights to education, as well as psychological and social development, all contributing to the formation of a balanced and resilient personality.
