Abstract

This research presents an investigation of a manuscript in the science of interpretation, which came as a rejection to the interpretation of one verse, and it is a short manuscript in only five panels, and the research plan came divided into two sections: The first section: A section to study the author's life in brief, and to define the manuscript and its locations, and the second section: In investigating and studying the manuscript, and among the most important results that appeared, the research showed a deep argument in the interpretive debate between Ibn Al-Imadi and Abu Al-Suud, as each of them relied on the linguistic and legal analysis of the Qur’anic texts. The two interpreters used rhetorical and graphic arguments that reflect the depth of their knowledge of the science of interpretation and the sciences of language. The two interpreters addressed the topic of the Qur’anic miracle and responded to the doubts associated with it, by responding to the suggestions presented by the polytheists, and among the most important recommendations is to study the comparisons between the opinions of the interpreters to understand the similarities and differences between their methodologies, and to care about investigating the old books of interpretation and publishing them using modern technologies to facilitate access to them.
