Abstract

Research Objectives: 1. To reconcile the hadiths that indicate giving precedence to the elder and those that indicate giving precedence to the right-handed in matters of honor. 2. To reveal the intentions of the Wise Legislator (Allah) in this regard. Research Methodology: Inductive and analytical approach. Results: 1. Confirmation of the absence of contradiction between the hadiths concerning giving precedence to the elder and the right-handed, and clarification of how to reconcile them. 2. Clarification of the legitimacy of giving precedence to the more virtuous person (when present) over the elder and the right-handed. 3. Highlighting the intentions of the Wise Legislator in this social order.
