Abstract

The aim of the study was to investigate the importance of adhering to ethical requirements for the use of artificial intelligence (basic knowledge- applications and practices- culture and development- personal assessment and monitoring- ethical social interaction) in scientific research for postgraduate students at Yemeni universities. To achieve this, the researchers relied on the descriptive method through a "Delphi study" survey consisting of (5) domains and (25) items distributed among a group of experts in government Yemeni universities totaling (31) experts. The study concluded with a set of results, most notably: The ethical requirements for the use of artificial intelligence in scientific research were highly rated by the experts, with the evaluation and monitoring domain ranking highest, followed by the applications and practices, basic knowledge, culture and personal development, and social interaction as the lowest-ranking domain on average.
