Abstract

deniers, with the aim of exploring the argumentative concepts used by the Holy Qur’an and the impact of these concepts on the soul of its recipients. The research reviewed seven of these concepts: argument, proof, debate, dialogue, evidence, verse, and authority. The research also addressed the methodological objectives of the Holy Qur’an in its argumentation of opponents and deniers, and found these limited to four main objectives: the objective of guidance, the objective of doctrinal construction, the objective of moral reform, and the objective of reforming thought. Finally, the research addressed the methodological characteristics of argumentation in the Holy Qur’an, and concluded that: it is considered an integrated model for any dialogue process between believers and deniers on issues of faith and monotheism, and the distinction between human and Qur’anic argumentation, and that the Qur’an addresses both reason and conscience in its evidence and proofs, and that the arguments of the Qur’an always provide certainty and conviction. The inductive and analytical approach was used to identify the argumentative concepts in the Holy Qur’an and their objectives and characteristics. Keywords: Methodology, Argumentation, Quranic Argumentation, Proof, Dialectic, Doctrinal Construction, Guidance, Reform of Thought.
