Abstract

This study aimed to identifying the effect of using instructional games strategy on acquisition of the vocabulary for Seventh Grade's Students. English language The researcher used the quasi- experimental method to investigate the fulfilment of the hypothesis of the study. The sample of the study was chosen randomly. The examined sample of the study consists of (58) students from the seventh grade students in 26th of September girls' school. The sample was divided into two groups، The first group is the experimental group ،consists of (29) students. And The control group consists of (29)، was taught by traditional way of teaching (drill). The study resulted in the following after finishing the experiment: There is statistically at (α = 0.05) between the average of the marks significant different of the two groups (experimental and control) in the later achievement test in favor of experimental group. 2) There is no statistically significant different at (α = 0.05) between the average of the marks of the two groups (experimental and control) in the before achievement test 3) There is statistically at (α = 0.05marks) between the average of the group of significant different (experimental) in the later and before achievement test in favor of the later achievement test. 4) There is statistically at (α = 0.05 marks) between the average of the significant different.
