Abstract
Abstract This study explores "The Digital Da‘wah Guide: Its Concept, Importance, Legitimacy, Objectives, Guidelines, and Impact on the Recipient", aiming to develop a digital platform or application that functions as a specialized preacher or technical system. It delivers guidance and religious counseling through digital media, employing modern technological tools to achieve Islamic da‘wah objectives interactively and Sharia-compliantly. The platform establishes an official digital da‘wah identity, granting individuals or organizations authorization to conduct digital Islamic da‘wah under regulatory and legislative frameworks. The study highlights the urgent need to advance digital da‘wah in the Arab world, given the delayed utilization of digital media despite official encouragement. Using inductive and deductive methods, the research collects, analyzes, and classifies data, examining legitimacy, objectives, guidelines, and the impact on recipients through quantitative and qualitative approaches. Findings indicate that the Digital Da‘wah Guide is essential for enhancing the credibility and effectiveness of online da‘wah, positively influencing Muslims intellectually, behaviorally, socially, ethically, and doctrinally, while making the digital environment more organized and impactful.
