Abstract
Abstract This study aimed to determine the effect of classroom activities based on linguistic intelligence on developing reading comprehension skills among third-grade students. A quasi-experimental design was employed, and the study sample consisted of 56 third-grade students (male and female) divided into two groups: an experimental group of 28 students who participated in the linguistic intelligence-based activities, and a control group of 28 students who were taught using the traditional method. The results showed statistically significant differences (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups on the post-test of reading comprehension, favoring the experimental group. The study recommends conducting training workshops for teachers on formulating linguistic intelligence questions. Keywords: Reading comprehension, reading comprehension skills, linguistic intelligence, activities based on linguistic intelligence.
