Abstract

Abstract
This research aims to forese the future of the Palestinian political system that achieves its national achievements in the post-genocidal war on Gaza in 2023, by building possible development scenarios in light of regional and international variables. The research used the analytical method and the descriptive method, based on the analysis of official documents and historical case studies. The research concluded that the Palestinian political system, which was steadily led by the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian National Authority, is a model for the continuity of existence and national survival (Abu Riala and Shehab, 2020, p. 207), where the reconstruction scenario under the leadership of the National Authority is a transitional option that can be effectively attained. Strengthening international alliances also supports the Authority's capacities to hold free elections, which enhances the chances of sustainable democratization. Regional and international changes contribute to strengthening the role of power as a pillar of national unity. The research showed that the Palestinian National Authority, due to its historic contribution, should strengthen international alliances, support the holding of inclusive elections, and invest regional support to ensure a stable transition towards the development of the political system and promote the building of a Palestinian state in the post-war phase.
