Abstract

Abstract
Research Abstract: This research deals with the consensus of Makki ibn Abi Talib in his interpretation of the guidance to reach the end as an influential interpretive principle in controlling the meaning and weighting of the sayings، and aims to liberate the concept of interpretive consensus and explain its formulations and fields، with an applied study of the consensus related to determining the meanings of the verses. The research adopted an inductive، analytical، comparative approach by extrapolating the positions of consensus، analyzing their connotations and contexts، and comparing them with the sayings of the predecessors and the choices of the commentators، to distinguish the consensus achieved from the mere weighting of the public. The study concluded that Makiya employs consensus in a systematic and disciplined manner with the diversity of its forms and the unity of its significance، and that the story of consensus was proven in eleven out of thirteen issues، and it was not proven in two issues because of the existence of a previous significant disagreement. The research recommends completing the study of Makki's jurisprudential consensus، and explaining his approach to weighting and inference from them. Keywords: Interpretive Consensus، Makki bin Abi Talib، Guidance to Reach the End، Forms of Consensus، The Story of Consensus.
