Abstract

Abstract The aim of this study is to clarify and explain an important issue in the principles of jurisprudence that has received great attention from scholars and authors of the principles of jurisprudence, both in the past and present. The researcher has focused in this work on an important and key aspect, which is to clarify the subject of the dispute and the reason for the disagreement in this issue, in addition to the important points that the research requires to be discussed, as will become clear from the research. The research is entitled: (Clarification of the subject of the dispute and the reason for the disagreement in the issue of addition to the text). In my study of this issue, I have followed the inductive, descriptive and analytical method in clarifying the meaning of the clarification of the dispute in the issue of the principles of jurisprudence and its importance, and clarifying the reason for the disagreement in the issue of the principles of jurisprudence and its importance, and defining addition to the text in terms of language and terminology, and clarifying the types of addition to the text, its relationship to it, and its conditions, and mentioning the opinions of scholars on the ruling of addition to the text, their evidence, the reason for the disagreement, its benefit, and the clarification of the subject of the dispute in the issue. Then, the research concludes with its most important results, which focused on clarifying the subject of the dispute and the reason for the disagreement in this issue in terms of meaning and importance, with the rest of the results mentioned there.
