Abstract
The aim of the research is to clarify the ruling of the hadith of Ibn Abbas on Zakat Al-Fitr by applying the rules of hadith scholars on it. They included several rules, including what is related to their base in documentation, including their base in exclusivity. As well as the balance between documentation of Al-Tatari for Al-Khawlani, which was discussed, and the documentation of other imams, and its rank among them. The research also discussed the balance between the word of the documentation that was used by Al-Khulani and its use by other imams, and its position in terms of justice and control. I came up with the most important results: that Al -Khawlani singled out in the hadith, and Marwan Al-Tatari singled out in it documentation, and singled it out with hadith from the weak section. Accordingly, it is not correct to prevent paying zakat after the Eid prayer due to the weakness of the hadith.
