This research examines the efforts to develop the non-oil industrial sector in Saudi Arabi within the framework of Saudi Vision 2030, evaluating the progress achieved through these initiatives. Employing a descriptive analytical approach, the study concludes that industrial sector is a fundamental pillar of Saudi Vision 2030, essential for economic diversification and job creation. The findings indicate that an integrated set of strategies, policies and initiatives implemented under the Vision substantially advanced the sector development. This progress is evidenced by the expansion of the production base, increased industrial investments, a higher industrial production index, growth in employment opportunities, and rise in industrial exports.
