In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the researchers used the comparative approach to studied Bukhari's book on the Prophet's hadith, and studied the Declaration of Human Rights, the Declaration of the Rights of the Child, and the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The study reached several results, the most important of which is: There are aspects of difference and aspects of agreement between raising a child in the Sunnah and international conventions. The child has rights according to the Sunnah of the Prophet. These rights are his right to education according to the principles of Islam, his right to protection from moral and religious decay, his right to sound social education, his right to maintain the health and safety of his body, his right to learn the Qur’an and useful sciences, his right to satisfy his psychological needs with love and tenderness. The child has rights in accordance with international conventions. These rights are his right to physical, spiritual, and psychological development, his right to live in an environment that preserves his freedom and dignity, and his right to make his interests the first priority. The researchers presented a set of recommendations in the light of these results, the most important of which are: The educator must be keen to raise the child on the basis of faith and the principles and beliefs of the religion of Islam. The child must be trained in all acts of worship before maturity in the beginning, and then taught all Islamic behaviors after that. The educator should teach the child the ethical, behavioral and Islamic values. This is in accordance with the methodology of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.
