The Availability Degree of the Strategic Leadership Dimensions at the Faculty of Languages and Translation, University of Aden, from the Point of View of the Employees and Academics

Abstract
The study aims to know the availability degree of the strategic leadership dimensions at the Faculty of Languages and Translation, University of Aden, from the point of view of the employees and academics, and to identify the statistically significant differences between the sample of the study responses of the availability degree of the strategic leadership dimensions at the Faculty of Languages and Translation attributed to the variables of (sex, qualification, years of experience, and job). The population of the study consisted of (58) employees and academics. To achieve the objectives of the study, the research used the descriptive survey approach because it was appropriate for the nature and objectives of the study. A questionnaire was designed consisted of six dimensions and the data was treated by the Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings show that the availability degree of the strategic leadership dimensions at the Faculty of Languages and Translation, University of Aden, from the point of view of the employees and academics is medium with a mean of (2.81). The strategic dimension has obtained the first place with a mean of (2.90). Then the support of the organizational culture dimension obtained the second place with a mean of (2.85). The dimension of the strategic investment potentials obtained the third place with a mean of (2.80). The fourth place is for the continuous learning dimension with a mean of (2.79). After that, the development of human capital has obtained the fifth place with a mean of (2.78). The last sixth place is for the organizational control with a mean of (2.75). The findings also show that there are no statistically significant differences at a significant level (0.05) between the means of the study sample estimates of the availability degree of the strategic leadership dimensions at the Faculty of Languages and Translation attributed to the variables of (sex, qualification, years of experience, and job).
