The Level of Organizational Trust among Faculty Members at Abyan University

Abstract
The research aimed to identify the level of organizational trust among faculty members at Abyan University, and to know the impact of the research variables (gender, academic qualification, years of experience, academic title) on the level of organizational trust. The research followed the descriptive survey method, and the tool was a questionnaire applied to a sample. A stratified random group of (74) faculty members at Abyan University, with a percentage of (24%) from the original community. After conducting appropriate statistical treatments, the research concluded that the level of organizational trust among faculty members at Abyan University was at a moderate overall level, as well as in all of the following areas (information, policies and procedures, opportunities for innovation and self-realization, and the prevailing leadership style), while it came at a high level in the field of values. The research also found that there are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the averages of the responses of the sample members due to the variables (gender, academic qualification, years of experience, scientific title) on the level of organizational trust in the tool and the fields as a whole.
