The Impact of the Internal Work Environment on Job Performance: A Field Study at Al-Saeed Foundation for Ceramics

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the impact of the internal work environment in its three dimensions (leadership, available resources, workplace) on job performance in its three dimensions (organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and job stability). The study population consisted of all employees at Al-Saeed Foundation for Ceramics in Aden Governorate, Yemen (72 individuals) .The study employed the descriptive analytical approach and a questionnaire, which was analyzed using the statistical program SPSS, was used as a data collection tool . The study reached some findings, the most important of which were: The level of availability of the internal work environment, and the degree of achievement of the job performance at Al-Saeed Foundation for Ceramics were very high. There is a strong correlation between the internal work environment and job performance. Additionally, there is an impact of the three dimensions of the internal work environment on achieving job performance. There are statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample on the impact of the internal work environment on achieving job performance attributed to the variable of educational qualification. However, there are no statistically significant differences regarding the impact of the internal work environment on achieving job performance due to variables such as age, years of experience, and job type. The study reached a number of recommendations
