Administrative Leadership and its Developing Institutional Performance

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the role of administrative leadership in developing institutional performance in the Yemeni Gas Company, and to identify the obstacles and difficulties that reduce the effectiveness of administrative leadership in the Yemeni Gas Company. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study population was represented by presidents, deputies, and administrators in the Yemeni Gas Company. A random sample of (118) employees, date was collected using The questionnaire was entered, coded, and processed using statistical packages (spss) software. and the study found a group of the most important are the following:- 1-the study showed that the administrative leadership pays great attention to developing institutional performance in the company Yemeni Gas. 2- The study shows that level of administrative leadership in the Yemeni Gas Company is high. 3-The study showed that the level of performance in the Yemeni Gas Company is high.
