The Reality of the Mental Image of the Municipality of Asir Region among the Local Public: A Field Study on a Sample of Residents of Asir Region

Abstract
The study aims to identify the reality of the mental image of the Municipality of Asir region among the local public, and the study adopted the descriptive survey approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect information from the study community, which includes all municipalities of the Asir region, through the random sample that reached a size of (408) units, which is a suitable sample for the study. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are: - Improving the mental image of the Municipality of Asir Region is the quality of services provided to the public. - One of the negative effects of the mental image of the Secretariat is the slow completion of transactions among the public. - Focusing on street and square advertisements by the Public Relations Authority in promoting services.- There is no diversity in the tools used in the media activities of the Municipality of Asir Region.
