Abstract
This study aims to assess the level of institutional performance within the Customs Authority in Aden, Yemen. To achieve the research objectives, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted. The research population consisted of employees from the General Administration of the Customs Authority in Aden, covering six customs outlets with a total of 412 individuals. A simple random sample of 90 respondents was selected, and data was collected primarily through questionnaires. The findings indicate that the Customs Authority in Aden generally demonstrates a high level of institutional performance. Specifically, the application of policy and strategy was rated at a moderate level, while human resources and leadership were found to be at a high level. However, the application of operations and partnerships was assessed as moderate.
