Abstract
(Abstract ( The study aimed to identify the level of knowledge among school principals in the North Al Sharqiyah Governorate regarding the uses of artificial intelligence in education. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive methodology was employed through a questionnaire administered to a sample of (96) male and female principals. The results revealed that the level of knowledge of school principals in North Al Sharqiyah concerning the uses of artificial intelligence in education was moderate. The findings also indicated the presence of statistically significant differences attributable to the variables of gender (in favor of males), educational level (master’s degree or higher), and years of experience (11 years or more) in the level of knowledge regarding the use of artificial intelligence in education. The study recommended the necessity of raising school principals’ awareness of the importance of artificial intelligence technologies in the educational process.
