Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of educational and media discourse in spreading human rights culture through a comparative approach. The study adopted the comparative analytical method to examine the similarities and differences between the two types of discourse, and found significant potential for integration despite existing challenges in practical implementation. The results revealed that educational discourse is characterized by continuity and the ability to gradually build human rights awareness, while media discourse is distinguished by its wide spread and rapid impact. The study also showed a gap between theoretical framework and practical application in both fields. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: the need to develop educational curricula, train educational and media personnel, and establish mechanisms for institutional coordination between the two sectors to achieve effective integration in spreading human rights culture. Keywords: Educational discourse, Media discourse, Human rights, Rights culture, Comparative study
